Baby Talk

   Just one week after our Halloween party, a great day in my life Oct 28th was upon us! It is one of the greatest men in my lifes' birthday, My pops... One of our dear friends birthday, Benjamin Cooper... And my besty, Christine Evans had her first born, Eric Elias Evans. After 9 months of not only Christine and Nate's family but mine as my dad was ecstatic the little man was due on his birthday, the day finally came. Christine endured a 25 hour labor and in the afternoon had a 7 lbs 2 oz and 20.5 in long healthy baby boy.
The new daddy, Nate sent me text messages throughout the 2 day adventure and provided me with all the details of what was happening with mommy and baby... and from there I forwarded the information to my family and some of our mutual friends! I will never be able to thank Nate enough for keeping me included in such a major event in their life. Matt and I are so blessed that they are part of our family and include us in theirs' as well! Eric's name was a surprise and yet I was a lucky girl to know when I visited Chicago this summer that it was number one on the baby name list! :)
    Matt and I are so excited for our dear friends on their new addition to the family and glad the zoo (guinea pigs, cats, and dogs) welcomed him to their home without a care! :) We look forward to meeting the little man this February when we go to Chicago to go to an old friends wedding and spend the weekend with the Evans Family. Eric, we are so excited to watch you grow and what the future has in store for you! You are one lucky boy to have such great, loving parents. See you soon!
