More GREAT news to tell!! The night that Matt and I got back from our little getaway he got an email stating he needed to check his AF account as his next assignment had been posted. So, after just an hour of being home Matt, Sallie, Sam and I all jumped in the car and drove over to the squadron building. While the girls waited in the parking lot Matt and I went into his office and logged on. We are going to SCHRIEVER AFB, CO next spring/summer!!! Matt has lots of paperwork to do now in order for us to get all the details lined up for the official dates. But the window on the "soft" orders is as soon as 6 March leaving Minot and no later than 10 July for arrival there! We are guessing we will have a TDY (short tour) to Vandenberg AFB for some training and then drive over to Colorado Springs!!! :) This tour at Schriever will be another 4 year tour unless Matt is selected for other training like Weapons School which may change our game plan while we are there. However, we could not be more excited and it was perfect timing to get the news right after such a wonderful getaway. We have one last winter here in Minot and now something to look forward to in order to make this winter the easiest one to get through!
In other news after a long awaited time. I have decided to start a blog up on fashion and design. I have had several people ask me what I use, how-to questions, etc and so I thought I would go ahead and make a site dedicated to the little things I do and use to enhance my life!
